Our ceremony will be held under the Willow Tree on the bottom right of the map. We recommend arranging transportation to Willow Lake Farm & Stables by taxi/car, as public transport is unavailable in this area.

If you are driving to the farm, ample parking is available on site, free of charge. Please follow the arrows on the map to access your parking. Note that no vehicles may be parked on the surrounding streets.
Vehicles may be left overnight if necessary, but must be picked up by 5 PM the following day. Any vehicles remaining on the property after this time are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

If you are leaving from North or West Vancouver, please account for possible bridge traffic!

Upon arrival at the Farm & Stables, please follow the signage and make your way to the ceremony location.

Dress Code

Our chosen dress code is “English Garden Party”. We want to keep things casual but smart – we are getting married in summer on a farm after all!

For those who are thinking, what on earth is an English Garden Party?! Please have a look at this link for inspiration.

Where To Stay

Please make your arrangements as soon as possible for the best rates and availability.
There is no shortage of hotel options in Vancouver and Langley.
You can find a good selection of them here:

If you’re flying in from out of town, we recommend you stay in Vancouver as you’ll be much closer to all of the other fun things you’ll want to do while you’re here!

If you are going to be staying in central Vancouver for the night of the wedding, let us know, there may be a group of you that could get a shuttle and split the cost.

We recommend that you pre-book a taxi or an Uber ride to pick you up from the venue.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if it is your wish to bless us with a gift, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon fund for our trip to Japan later this October!

May 31st but please let us know as soon as possible so we can have an accurate headcount as we finalise the details of our day.

Please check your invite for your +1. If you would like to add an additional person please reach out to Miranda directly to see if this is a possibility.

As it’s the end of July, we are very hopeful for sunshine, however it is Vancouver after all so rain is a possibility – Miranda will be watching the weather forecast like a hawk in the weeks before the wedding! Our ceremony is outside in the beautiful surroundings with the reception being inside a marquee. Worst case, umbrellas and a dance in the rain ;)

Please come in your best cocktail and formal wear – think english garden party! As tradition goes, please no white dresses.

Please consider that we will be on a working farm when deciding on your footwear. We also have some games planned out for cocktail hour!

We kindly request that guests put away their phones and cameras during the ceremony to be fully present in the moment. After the ceremony we welcome photos!
